Our comprehensive involvement spanned from layout enhancements and finishes selection to joinery redesign and client representation on site.
Layout Assessment:
Patina Design Studio played a crucial role in enhancing the layout and spatial planning to meet the clients' specific needs. We focused on optimizing the floor plan to maximise space utilisation and improve functionality.
Finishes:
Our team carefully reselected finishes, including flooring, wall treatments, and lighting fixtures, to elevate the overall aesthetic of the penthouse. We curated a selection of high-quality materials and finishes that align with the clients' vision and create a luxurious ambiance.
Joinery:
We redesigned the joinery elements, to enhance both storage capacity and visual appeal. Our bespoke joinery solutions were tailored to optimise space and provide a seamless integration within the penthouse's design.
Client Representative on Site:
As the client representative on site, we took on the responsibility of coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the construction process. This included collaborating closely with the builder, architect, developer, joiner, and stone mason to ensure effective communication and implementation of the design changes.
Furnishing:
In addition to the design and construction aspects, we are entrusted with furnishing the penthouse. Leveraging our extensive network of local and international suppliers and artisans, we are sourcing unique pieces that will enhance the overall aesthetic and create a truly captivating living space.

Patina Design Studio were engaged to enhance the layout to meet our clients specific needs, who had purchased the property off plan. Our involvement extended beyond layout improvements, as we also reselected finishes, redesigned joinery, and sourced decorative lighting.
Throughout the construction process, we took on the role of client representative on site, collaborating closely with the builder, architect, developer, joiner, and stone mason to ensure that all changes were effectively communicated and implemented.
We are also responsible for furnishing the project. Drawing upon our network of local and international suppliers and artisans, we are curating a collection of furniture pieces that will complement and elevate the overall aesthetic of the penthouse.
